The non-profit Conflicool focuses in particular on the direct border region between Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.

By contacting an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, consumers can settle their disputes with traders amicably, fast and mostly free of charge.” They further state to “put together the most important information on how an ADR procedure works, how the ODR platform of the EU Commission operates, and about ADR bodies in Germany as well as ADR bodies in Europe.”
